وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً
“And among His signs is that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy.”

Our story
How we met
We met at a fundraising dinner for a local masjid in Richardson. Omar was volunteering at the chai table and Ayesha came back for a third cup. Our families like to say the chai did the matchmaking.
